How do I make a booking?

Pls click on the Book Now button to make your reservations.

Check-in and Check-out

Our usual check-in time is 3.00 p.m. onwards, and our check-out time is before 12.00 noon.

Our reception is open 24 hours, which means you can arrive anytime even after midnight!

A valid passport (for non-Malaysians) or Identity Card (for Malaysians) is required for check-in purposes.   Anyone without a valid identification will not be allowed to check-in.

What if I arrive earlier than the check-in time?

If you arrive early, you may store your luggage with us free of charge (no valuable items please).  Pls enquire at our counter.

What if I am going to arrive later than the estimated arrival time or my flight is delayed?

Our reception is open 24-hour, so there is no problem if you are going to arrive late.

We will usually keep your booking until 8 a.m. the following day.  So if your flight is delayed for a few hours, pls do not have to worry as we will still be keeping your booking.

What if I have a late-night flight and require late check-out?

A full-day rate shall apply for late check-out (subject to availability and other terms and conditions).

To avoid this, you may check-out from the room first, store your luggage with us, continue to explore the city, or just hang around in our lobby or penthouse patio.  If you require a shower after check-out, you may make the request at our counter.

You may still continue to enjoy all the facilities that are available at our common areas.

What if I need to modify or cancel my booking?

If  your booking was made via, or, kindly contact them directly to modify/cancel your booking.

If your booking was made via, or, kindly log into your MyWorld account to make the modification. Pls follow the instructions provided by Hostelworld.

*In the event of cancellation or no show, the deposit and booking fees paid to are NON-REFUNDABLE. Kindly refer to Hostelworld’s Conditions in your e-mail confirmation sent by Hostelworld.

If your booking was made via our website, pls provide at least 3 days’ notice in advance for any modification or cancellation.  Refund will only be given for any cancellation/modification with at least 3 days’ notice in advance.

What if I have a change of plan and require to reduce the number of nights staying here, is refund of payments possible?

At least 3 days’ notice is required for any modification of booking.  We will not make any refund of payment for any request made less than 72 hours.

Do you provide towels/blankets/toiletries in rooms?

We do provide towels/blankets as well as bath gel and shampoo in rooms.  However, we do not provide toiletries such as toothpaste, toothbrush and comb.

Do all rooms have an ensuite toilet/bathroom?

Yes, all of our rooms do have ensuite toilet/bathroom.

Do you provide airport transfer services?

Currently we do not provide airport pick-up service as there are designated taxi counters available at the airports, but we can help to arrange a taxi from 1000 Miles to the airports.  Please enquire at our counter.

What if I need to leave some of my luggage while I travel to other places?

We do provide luggage storage free of charge for our guests (no valuable items pls).  Pls note that we shall not be held responsible for any items stored here.

Do you provide luggage storage for bicycles or surf boards?

Yes, we can help you store your bicycles/surf boards.

Do you have elevator?

Yes, we do.

Do you provide any city tour, tour to other places in Malaysia such as Taman Negara, Cameron Highlans, Melaka etc?

Yes, we can help you to book a tour.  Pls enquire at our reception counter.
